The Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® (CAR) -- is a recognized Commercial Overlay Board of the National Association of REALTORS® dedicated to providing services and benefits to commercial real estate practitioners in the state of Michigan.

CAR offers its members a highly sophisticated computer data system (CIRRIX), customized commercial forms, educational and networking events, leadership opportunities, professional meeting facilities, and an experienced staff committed to commercial issues.

CAR exists to maintain and enforce the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, to provide its members with state-of-the-art programs, products and services that are more affordable and accessible collectively than individually, to advocate a high standard of education and professionalism, to influence public policy and political affairs which promote and protect private property rights, to enhance the public image of the REALTOR® member, and to act as a contributing member of the National and State Associations of REALTORS®.
